Partoo is a scale up company whose mission is to help stores develop their turnover thanks to the Internet.
With more than 200 employees in France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Brazil 🇧🇷 and India 🇮🇳, Partoo is growing at a rate of 80% to 100% per year. And this is just the beginning! Our goal is to become the reference application used by stores around the world to develop their business thanks to the Internet.
The next 5 years will be those of huge growth, both in terms of the product, which will bring more and more value to its users, and on an international level with our ambitious expansion strategy, as well as from a human point of view with the strengthening of the teams in our various offices.
In May 2021, Webedia decided to finance Partoo’s international growth with 15 million euros. Our ambition is therefore to reach 100 million euros in turnover and 1000 employees by 2025.

Partoo is looking for someone like you to strengthen its international sales team and expand our market share in new countries such as Brazil, India, France, Spain Mexico, Poland, Portugal,...💪.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, agile, adaptable and adaptable candidate with a sales instinct to join our Barcelona-based Sales team.
Within the Italian Sales team, we see ourselves more as friends rather than colleagues. This is also reflected in the moments and events we share (sports activities, aperitifs, dinners, team seminars etc).
You will learn a lot by working with us as you will be able to interact with prospects at all levels and in a wide variety of sectors.
The ideal candidate must be able to progress independently, take initiative and constantly strive to surpass himself/herself. Partoo offers an innovative, dynamic, challenging work environment with all the tools and resources needed to sell our solutions and boost your career!
Missions :
- Work from our Barcelona office to develop Partoo’s Italian market
- Organize meetings and presentations with first prospects (companies with between 20 and 10,000 subsidiaries)
- Create opportunities on Salesforce with new leads and lead contacts
- Manage complex sales deals (sales cycles of several months, multiple interlocutors, etc.)
- Build and grow your pipeline and its opportunities to generate more than 270K€/330K€ of acquisition/year based on your experience.
- Be part of local fairs to create new contacts and find prospects.
Your team :
Giacomo: He was born and raised in Rome then decided at 21 to enter a French university which kick-started his international career. He has lived 1 year in London and another in Paris. He loves sports and practices football, tennis, padel and beach volley. He is always open to grabbing a drink and having a chat as he loves meeting new people.
Silvia: Silvia: Born and raised in Acquaviva delle Fonti, a small town close to Bari in the south of Italy. After her first experiences abroad in the UK and USA, she discovered her passion for travelling and she decided to move first to Milan for university and then to settle in Barcelona. She loves meeting new people, going to the beach, spending time with her family and having great fun with her friends!
Fatim: She was born in Macerata a small city in the centre of Italy. After the high school she decided to move in the north of Italy to attend the university, where she has the possibility to experience an Erasmus in Lisbon when she started to love living abroad. During her free time she likes going with her bike through the streets of Barcelona, skateboarding a bit, going to the beach and having fun with friends.
Your Manager :
Filippo: He's our Head of Sales Italy! He is from the best food region in Italy, Ravenna in Emilia-Romagna! Filippo loves skiing, playing football and travels whenever he can to places with a lot of nature to explore.
Required profile:
- 1-2 years of strong sales experience
- Successful experience selling in Italy.
- Proven ability to manage 3-6 month sales cycle from 1st meeting to closing.
- You have experience in complex sales deals with C level
- Knowledge of how a start-up is run and digital appetite and SEO knowledge are a plus
- You want to be part of an amazing human adventure with a growing team
- Your mastery of a sales methodology such as MEDDIC is a plus.
- Languages: Native Italian; good level in English and knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Recruitment process :
- A first 30 minutes interview with Jeadyne - International Talent Acquisition Manager
- A 1h interview with Filippo
- A final 30 minutes meeting with Vincent, Chief Sales Officer
