After her law degree and business school degree, she started my career in Shanghai, China and worked as well in Germany, Portugal and Switzerland. She collaborated with several startups in various sectors. These experiences allowed her to develop my expertise in customer relations and only confirmed the importance of strong scalable care infrastructures to deliver top of the class customer experience. Joëlle joined Partoo alongside Guillaume & Steeve to design and implement a world-class care & onboarding infrastructure, allowing for sustainable scale while maintaining a strong Partoo culture. When not working, she particularly enjoys cooking, learning languages and exploring her origins through genealogy.
